epayTrust core operating system uses several information centres to set up multi standby backup cluster in ensuring the service consistency. The operating system shall not be affected despite failure of any server or information centre in providing normal service.

Immediate surveillance system error recovery mechanism

Immediate surveillance system includes standardized surveillance alerts for the entire system, and provides default surveillance and auto recovery programme for all servers to ensure system stability. The whole 7x24 hours surveillance system is completed using the server of two accorded information centres, and the surveillance services include the following：
  •  WEB server port: whether external surveillance is activated and response speed
  •  Email server port: Ensuring email service operates normally
  •  Variable function service reply port: Ensure variable function service reply works
  •  Database server: servicing internal surveillance whilst using auto service recovery mechanism
  •  WEB Server: internal surveillance whilst using auto service recovery mechanism
  •  Response end SOCKET port

All operating server are installed with security hacking detection system and alerting software. Whenever the server detects any hacking or abnormalities, it immediately conceals the hacking sources, and uses mobile text messages to inform the relevant system maintenance personnels.
